Maxitrol Eye Drops are prescription antibiotics for treating bacterial eye infections. The active ingredients, Polymyxin B and Neomycin, treat bacterial infections. The active ingredient, Dexamethasone, is a steroid that reduces inflammation and pain associated with eye infections.
