Conoptal Eye Drops are prescription antibiotics containing the active ingredient Fusidic Acid. They are viscous antibiotic eye drops primarily prescribed for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis in dogs and cats. They may be used to treat corneal ulcers where bacterial infection is also present.

• Complete the Full Course: Giving your pet the entire course of medication is important, even if they seem to feel better after a few days. Stopping medication early can allow bacteria to grow again.
• Antibiotic Resistance: Misusing antibiotics can increase the risk of bacteria developing resistance to these medications. This means the antibiotics may become less effective in treating future infections in your pet, other animals, and humans.
