This is a prescription medication. Before purchasing it, your veterinarian must have issued a prescription. Always give as directed by your veterinarian. Keep out of reach of children and pets and store as directed.
Cerenia, containing the active ingredient Maropitant Citrate, is prescribed to treat nausea and vomiting in dogs. It works by blocking receptors in the brain that trigger vomiting, alleviating nausea and vomiting. Cerenia can also treat motion sickness (travel/car sickness).
